Austin served as DDC IT Services President, in which he grew the company from one employee to more than 100 employees and $16 million in revenue over five years. Austin served as the United States PPM resource in supporting firms that spanned the manufacturing, entertainment, and banking industries. He served as a Principal PPM consultant for a global company that offers business consulting, technology, engineering, and outsourcing services. He led the creation of project management offices and developed management processes for three large companies across various industries. As his career progressed, he fulfilled project management positions in support of worldwide operations.
